You may place an order with any credit card by clicking on the “Add to
Cart” buttons on any page. You will then be directed to a “PayPal” form to
continue the process. If you are not a member of “PayPal” just follow the
instructions and you soon will be. A 10 % shipping and handling charge
will be added to domestic orders and 15 to 20% for foreign. You may also place an
